A Bit About Me
An experienced engineer & researcher with 4+ years of demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and supporting enterprise VAS applications. My industrial interests lie deeply with the fintech ecosystem in Africa, and my research endeavors have largely been around the security and privacy aspects of mobile money systems.
I'm currently a Research Associate and member of the University of Chicago's SUPERgroup (Security, Usability, & Privacy Education & Research group) working under the supervision of Prof. Blase Ur. The lab focuses on interdisciplinary research at the intersection of computer security, privacy, AI ethics and HCI.
In addition to being a well-trained professional with a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, I am considerably skilled in areas such as System Analysis & Design, Advanced Databases, Cloud DevOps, Human-Computer Interaction, Building Tech Startups, Distributed Systems, Data Analysis & Visualization, Responsible AI, Machine Learning, Information Systems Auditing, Information Security, Privacy Policies, Regulation of High-Tech Internet Platforms and Software Quality Assurance.
